• The apartments would be of your disposal at 3 p.m. Should you arrive after 6 pm, please    give us a call.
• Animals are not allowed!
• Reservations are considered definitive upon receipt a deposit.
• Later than 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is the deposit paid.
  In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between 30th day and the 15th days      prior to arrival the cancellation
  fee is 50% of the total amount offered.
  In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between the 15th days before the agreed   date of arrival and the
  arrival itself, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount offered.
• We remind you that as from 01.01.2014 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays   in accommodation
  establishments

• We offer the possibility to effect travel cancellation insurance
